Children's Art Classes Alexandria offers a welcoming, creative space for any celebration or gathering. Whether you're hosting a party, team event, family get‑together, troop meeting, or private creative session, our studio provides a hands‑on art experience that guests of all ages enjoy.
Your event will be led by a dedicated instructor. All supplies are included, and each guest leaves with a finished art piece they’re proud of.
Basic Package project choices include one of the following options:
• 9×12 Canvas Panel Painting,
• Block Printing on 9×12 canvas panel or 12×18 premium art paper, or
• Air Dry Clay Project
Age Based Capacity
• For groups ages 9 and younger, painting and clay projects are capped at 10 participants.
• Participants ages 10 and older may join any project type, with a maximum capacity of up to 16 participants.

- Premium Package Upgrade - Elevate your event with specialty materials and advanced project options. Perfect for groups who want a more customized creative experience. Premium Project Options: Block Printing on Specialty Items (tote bags, t-shirts, tea towels, or other specialty surfaces), Canvas Painting on Larger or Specialty Canvas (Sizes outside of 9X12 canvas panel), Regular White or Red Clay (Includes kiln firing and pickup 1-2 weeks after your event), or Multi Group Project or Collaborative Activity (Great for mixed‑age groups, with age‑appropriate projects for all participants). +$75
We’re excited to host your next celebration or gathering at Children's Art Classes Alexandria, VA. Come and enjoy a creative, colorful, and fun-filled experience with us! To keep your party running smoothly, please review the policies below.
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and secure your art instructor. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
Cancellations & Refunds: The event deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellations 14+ Days Before the Event: If you need to cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled event, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations Within 72 Hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event, as well as no‑shows, are not eligible for refunds. If the studio must cancel due to emergency, weather closure, or instructor illness, a full refund, reschedule or credit will be offered.
Arrival & Cleanup: Parents may arrive 15 minutes before the event to set up any decorations or food. The event ends at the scheduled end time. You’ll have 15 minutes to gather belongings and take down any personal items so we can prepare the studio for the next celebration.
