Child's Pose yoga classes are taught by early childhood educators and rooted in the best social-emotional practices from the classroom. Our standards-based programming builds healthy habits on the mat to inspire strong leaders off the mat.
Class moves through a progressive program including: warm-up, stretches, breathing, fun with poses, gentle flow, yoga games and maybe some dancing! All classes end with 5 minutes of restorative savasana, or relaxation. Bring a stuffy to cuddle up with and a cozy blanket to snuggle into.
