Cancellation and Refund Policy
We require a minimum of 3 paid months for all memberships. If a membership is requested to be canceled before the 3 months have been paid we will cancel the membership as of the date of the request and it will not be valid through the end of the month.
Our single child memberships are assigned to one child in the household and can only be used by that child. Membership cannot be transferred to a sibling or any child outside of your immediate family. When you're ready to cancel, we ask for 30-days written notice. All payments made towards a membership are non refundable.
