Enjoy private use of the entire facility during your visit — no public admission during your scheduled field trip time.

Field trips are available weekdays only and must be booked in advance.

📌 Field Trip Booking & Payment Policy
All reservations require a $150 deposit at the time of booking.
Reschedule-Only Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
If a school cancels with at least 7 days’ notice, the deposit may be transferred one time to a new weekday date within 90 days, subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
In the event of a school closure due to weather or district-wide emergency, we are happy to work with you to reschedule.
The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 48 hours prior to your scheduled event if it has not already been paid using the payment link provided.
Field Trip Guidelines
Please arrive and check in 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation.
Use of the classroom is available for snack or lunch, but must be during the last 30 minutes of your reservation.
We ask that your transportation be ready at the end of your reservation to ensure your group can exit the building in a timely manner.
No food, drinks, or candy are permitted outside of the classroom area.
No alcohol, firearms, or drugs are allowed on the premises.
The party host assumes full responsibility for the actions and behavior of all guests in attendance. If any serious incident occurs, law enforcement will be contacted and the party will be required to leave immediately.
