In this workshop, Harold O'Connor will be demonstrating innovative techniques for setting stones. He will show students how to make hand made cables and then how to use them to secure a stone. He will instruct students on making special stone setting punches and stone setter's helpers, then how to set stones with thick bezels. Harold will also show students how to crease and fold metal sheet into stone settings, thread rods and tubing to create a setting and guide students in adjusting stones to fit already made bezels.
