Birthday Party at ColorPop!

We design each celebration around your child’s age, interests, and theme — we handle the art, supplies, and cleanup, and you just show up to celebrate!
Drop-off is encouraged for larger guest counts; parent attendance counts toward studio capacity.

🗽 NYC STUDIOS (91st/Madison & 63rd/Lexington)
$1,600 for up to 12 kids (1.5 hrs, pizza & water included)
• +$50 per extra child | +$500 per extra 30 min
• Specialty projects: +$15/child (Bear Pours, Jewelry Boxes, Tote Bags & more)
• Adult pizza: $25 per pie
• 15% staff gratuity applies
👉 Capacity: 91st seats ~18–25 kids. 63rd can accommodate up to ~36 children drop-off. Both locations take fewer children when adults stay in the room — drop-off is preferred for larger guest counts.

🌊 SOUTHAMPTON STUDIO
• Front Room, Back Room, or Full Studio options available
• (Prices vary seasonally from $1,000–$2,800)
• Includes 1.5 hrs + pizza & water for kids
• Extras: +$50 per child | +$500 per 30 min | +$15/child for specialty projects
• Adult pizza: $25/pie | 15% gratuity applies
👉 Capacity: Front Room fits up to ~12 kids, Back Room up to ~10, Full Studio up to ~24 kids (max ~50 total guests). Drop-off recommended to maximize space; adult attendance reduces overall capacity.

🏡 OFF-SITE / IN-HOME PARTIES
• We bring the art studio to you!
• $750 for up to 6 kids (1 hr)
• +$50 per extra child | +$150 per 30 min (per 6 kids)
• Includes instructors, materials, setup & cleanup
• Specialty projects: +$15/child
• 15% gratuity applies

Policy

To save your party date, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please note that submitting a Sawyer birthday inquiry form doesn’t hold your date — parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and your celebration is officially secured once the deposit is received.
Once your booking is approved, we’ll email you a payment link. All party payments are made by credit card, and the remaining balance is due one week before the big day.
We’ll ask for your final guest count 7 days prior to your party, when the final payment is submitted. After this point, we’re unable to make changes — that means no credits or refunds for missing guests or day-of no-shows, and no children can be added or removed after the final count is confirmed.
A 15% gratuity is required and goes directly to our wonderful party staff. Gratuity can be included with your final payment through Sawyer or paid in cash on the day of your celebration.
The deposit is non-refundable. If plans change and you need to cancel more than seven days before your party, you’re welcome to reschedule for a future date, based on studio availability. A $500 rescheduling fee applies. Cancellations made within seven days of the event are non-refundable.
For everyone’s comfort and safety, each ColorPop location has a maximum capacity. Parent attendance counts toward this limit, so for larger parties we recommend drop-off celebrations when possible. We’ll share specific capacity details with you during the booking and planning process.
