Birthdays are BIG at ColorPop!

At ColorPop, your child’s birthday becomes a fun and private studio experience created just for them. The studio is reserved exclusively for your group, and the entire experience is designed around your child’s age, interests, and personality. We handle the materials, step-by-step instruction, setup, and cleanup so you can walk in, hang back, or drop off while the kids have an incredible time.

Our celebrations are led by professional art instructors with formal training and real classroom experience. ColorPop offers year-round classes built on structured curriculum and artistic development, and our birthday parties bring that same level of intention into a fun, energetic setting.

Each event is programmed by our Art Director and creative team to keep children engaged from start to finish. Projects are designed specifically for the age group and guest count, and our strong teacher-to-student ratios allow instructors to guide and support every child. Kids feel confident, stay focused, and leave having had a blast — with a finished piece that feels elevated, polished, and genuinely cool to bring home.

We are highly experienced in hosting drop-off birthday parties and classes. At our Upper East Side studios, celebrations are designed for ages 4 and up, and parents are welcome to drop off beginning at age four. Our Hamptons studios welcome children ages 3 and up. For 3-year-old celebrations, we ask that caregivers remain on site so the experience feels smooth, supported, and enjoyable for everyone.

Celebrate with us at our Upper East Side studios, in Southampton or Westhampton Beach, or let us bring the ColorPop experience directly to your home or venue.

NYC STUDIOS
Parties begin at $1,600 for up to 12 children and include 1.5 hours of guided art instruction plus pizza for the kids.

HAMPTONS STUDIOS
Our Hamptons studios offer Front Room and Full Studio options, perfect for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. Front Room celebrations begin at $1,600 and include 1.5 hours of guided art instruction and pizza for children.

OFF-SITE CELEBRATIONS
Hosting at home or another venue? We travel with our instructors and materials to transform your space into a welcoming art studio. Off-site gatherings begin at $750.

Policy

To save your party date, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please note that submitting a Sawyer birthday inquiry form doesn’t hold your date — parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and your celebration is officially secured once the deposit is received.
Once your booking is approved, we’ll email you a payment link. All party payments are made by credit card, and the remaining balance is due one week before the big day.
We’ll ask for your final guest count 7 days prior to your party, when the final payment is submitted. After this point, we’re unable to make changes — that means no credits or refunds for missing guests or day-of no-shows, and no children can be added or removed after the final count is confirmed.
A 15% gratuity is required and goes directly to our wonderful party staff. Gratuity can be included with your final payment through Sawyer or paid in cash on the day of your celebration.
The deposit is non-refundable. If plans change and you need to cancel more than seven days before your party, you’re welcome to reschedule for a future date, based on studio availability. A $500 rescheduling fee applies. Cancellations made within seven days of the event are non-refundable.
For everyone’s comfort and safety, each ColorPop location has a maximum capacity. Parent attendance counts toward this limit, so for larger parties we recommend drop-off celebrations when possible. We’ll share specific capacity details with you during the booking and planning process.
