Family Favorites is our theme this winter semester! Students will learn how to follow a recipe from start to finish, sharpen their skills in chopping, mixing, and sautéing. They will graduate from this class with a greater knowledge of how to use fresh ingredients to make meals they will love! A few items on the menu this semester: Homemade Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting, Italian Bruschetta and Moist Southern Banana Bread! We can't wait to cook with your little chef!

Parents will have access to what their child learned in class that week, as well as receive a digital
copy of the recipe made!
