Description

Join us on this creative take on our Family Favorites! Students will learn to make all their family favorites...with healthy substitutes! Vegetable Lasagna, Creamy Mashed Cauliflower "Potatoes", Lemon and Garlic Zoodles, and our delicious Morning Glory Cupcakes! These are just a few of the delicious recipes you will be adding to your families *NEW* family favorites!

About Our Camps...

Each day we meet at Eastern Market, to shop for ingredients needed that day in our recipes! We then walk to our camp location (4 blocks away). Safety is always our #1 priority, whether we are walking through Eastern Market or cooking at camp. We will keep your little chef safe.

Classes will be divided into two age appropriate groups: 3-5 years old and 6-8 years old.

Cooking Thyme is offering two camp options this summer! Our famous half-day camp and our popular all-day camp! Half-day camps run Monday through Friday from 9am-1:30pm and full-day camps run Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. Enjoying perusing and choosing the camp that best fits your families needs!

Aftercare Option: 1:30pm-5:00pm
Families can now choose to use our aftercare option for an additional fee. During the aftercare hours, campers will be given a snack, participate in a group activity or craft, attend the playground and have a rest time.

The fun doesn't just end with cooking! We will practice social skills, pattern recognition, cooking tool functions, colors, counting, following directions, fine motor skill development and more throughout our curriculum.

What is included in the camp tuition? Little Chef recipe book, cooking utensil (collect all 10!), snack, lunch, beverage and dessert for the week...and much more!

**10% sibling discount applies to siblings enrolled in the SAME camp. Each additional sibling enrolled in the same camp is 10% off. Please contact Rachel Moore (rachel.moore@cookingthyme.com) if you have any questions.

Please Note: There is a minimum of 10 students per camp. In the event the minimum is not met, Cooking Thyme will provide parents with a variety of options to accommodate their child. If no solution can be found, Cooking Thyme will refund the customers payment.

No refunds will be issued for campers who sign up but do not show up for camp. All sales are final. If your child is unable to attend the camp that you signed up for please contact rachel.moore@cookingthyme.org immediately. We will help as much as possible to get your child transferred to another week of camp, as long as there is space in that camp. The sooner we know, the more we can help!

Our goal is to bring families together in the kitchen and teach children a skill for a lifetime. We look forward to cooking with your child this summer!
