Description
When children learn to cook and bake, they learn how to take care of themselves and others. We teach them important kitchen skills and we introduce them to the richness of the cuisines and cultures around the world. They love “doing it themselves” like the adults in their lives, and they taste new foods because they made it themselves. During this exciting 3-day camp, we will focus on creating meals from different regions every day, and the kids will create new connections with the cultures and cuisines of the world.
Notes:
Please ask your chefs to leave their plush friends, action figures or other friendly non-cooking pals home! They are usually a distraction, and are often either left behind or get dirty! Please tie back the hair of any long-haired chefs :) We will send out the recipes after camp via email. Please let us know any allergies your chefs have, and if you have any feedback about their learning style. Please have them bring a water bottle filled with water. If you'd prefer to pay by check, you can avoid the service charge. Please email sharon@cookingwithkidsNY.com for mailing address. Check should be written to "Cooking with Kids."

Kitchen - please park in the lot and enter the door near the playground. The door has a code lock on it, which is 4-3-1. The door will be unlocked during our class though.
