Dive into a rainbow of shaving foam paint and create scrumptious cupcake masterpieces on canvas. Kids design colorful cupcakes with swirls of “frosting,” sprinkles, and playful details that look good enough to eat — but are all about the art!

Party Flow
Your party begins with a big, personalized birthday banner for kids to decorate and a free-draw station for birthday card making (Glow parties feature a different setup; see details below). Then we gather at the big table for the main party experience. After an hour of creating, kids wash up while we reset for food and cake. The next 45 minutes are for celebration, followed by a short cleanup.

Each child takes home their finished creation—a lasting memory of a magical day.

Upgrade your party into an electrifying glow experience! With neon paints, UV lights, glow sticks, and glow face paint, the whole room transforms into a dazzling celebration. This unforgettable twist adds extra sparkle to your child’s special day.

Policy

CREART PARTY POLICIES 🎉 We LOVE to party! Thank you for choosing CreArt Studioz to celebrate your child. Here’s everything you need to know before the big day:

1. BOOKING & PAYMENTS A $450 deposit secures your date (due within 3 days of booking). Balance is due 48 hours prior to the party once details are finalized. Retail Sales Tax is applicable on all Party bookings.

2. REFUNDS
30+ days before your event → Full refund (minus $100 booking fee).
Within 30 days → Non-refundable, but we’ll gladly reschedule or provide a credit for a future event.
Rebooking a confirmed party is possible with a $25 rebooking fee.

3. WHAT’S INCLUDED All art supplies, setup, and cleanup. Private studio rental — the space is all yours! CreArt instructors to guide the party. Party packages are priced for up to 10 kids. Additional participants are $25 per child (max 25 participants).

4. TIMING Parties are 2 hours: 10 min warm-up activity, 50 min main art project, 45 min celebration (food, cake, etc.), 15 min cleanup. You may arrive 10 minutes early for setup. Extra time outside of this schedule may incur a fee. Weekend parties (Saturdays & Sundays) are available in the following time slots: 11 am – 1 pm | 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm | 4 pm – 6 pm.

5. DECOR & FOOD You’re welcome to bring your own decorations, food, drinks, and party supplies (please no piñatas, glitter, or confetti). Studio provides a 4’x8’ celebration table (covered with a white cloth) and a round table for goody bags. You may bring your own tablecloth if desired. Please note: no refrigerator or microwave available.

6. GUESTS & SUPERVISION Parents are welcome to stay, but due to space, we encourage drop-off when possible. Kids ages 5+ may be dropped off at the hosting parent’s discretion. Please remind guests to wear art clothes — we love a little mess!
