Open Play Party
The Open Play Party Package at Create Studio is a fun and engaging way to celebrate your child's special day! The package includes:
* **Open Play:** Unlimited access to Create Studio's imaginative play areas, including sensory activities, and choose your own craft adventure.
* **Party Room:** Exclusive use of the private party room for the duration of your party, where you can enjoy cake, cupcakes, drinks, or food.
* **Party Time:** Your party will be held during one of the following times:
Saturdays: 10:30 am - 12 pm or 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Sundays: 10:30 am - 12 pm or 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
**Sharing the Studio:** Please note that you will be sharing the studio with the public during your party. However, you will have exclusive use of the party room.
The Open Play Party Package is a great option for children of all ages. It is a fun and affordable way to celebrate your child's birthday or another special occasion.
**The base cost of $480 is for up to 10 kids. Each additional guest (age 1+) is $35.
To book your party, please submit your inquiry and we will send you a request for the non-refundable deposit which secures your date. We will also email you to set up a time to discuss the details (or we can do it via email, whichever you prefer).
Here are some additional things to keep in mind when booking your party:
* The party room can accommodate up to 45 with 24 sitting at the "big table."
* You will need to bring your own food and drinks.
* There is a $150 non-refundable deposit required to book your party.
* The Balance is Due Two Weeks Before the Date of the Event along with headcount.
*10% discount at The Create Shoppe for all party goods

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Party Requires a $150 Non-Refundable Deposit
RESCHEDULING:
Rescheduling a Create party Incurs a $100 Fee
A Future Date Will Be Determined Based on Availability and Mutual Agreement
FINAL PAYMENT + CANCELLATION POLICY:
Final Balance & Headcount Due 14 Days Prior
The remaining balance and final headcount for your event are due 14 days prior to the party date. If we do not receive either by that date, the card on file will be automatically charged based on the confirmed headcount provided at booking.
HEADCOUNT ADJUSTMENTS
If the headcount changes after the 14-day deadline:
• Open Play Party Guests: $35 per additional guest
• Arty Party Guests: $45 per additional guest
• Day-of Add-On Arty Party Guests: $75 per additional guest (if space & staffing allow and we are able to put together the art projects in time).
If fewer guests attend than your confirmed headcount, the confirmed number will be honored and no refunds will be issued for no-shows.
FAILURE TO RESPOND OR PAY
If we do not receive payment, headcount confirmation, or communication by the due date, Create Studio ATX reserves the right to:
• Charge the card on file to secure staffing and materials, and/or
• Cancel the event if the card is declined or communication remains unanswered
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable
DAY-OF-POLICIES
Host Family May Arrive 20 Minutes Prior to the Party Start Time.
Guests must leave when the party ends.
Host Family Must Depart 15 Minutes After the Party End Time.
Host family is allotted 15 minutes to gather belongings and head out. Create team members will help you pack up and take everything to your car.
Any Early Arrivals or Late Departures Are Subject to Venue Fees ($75 per 15 minutes) and will be charged to your account.
*ALL GUESTS are expected to depart when the party ends. This is the responsibility of the host family.
Extra time: We try to accommodate extra time requests when possible. Each 30 minutes is $150.

-Host Family May Arrive 20 Minutes Prior to the Party Start Time.
-Guests must leave when the party ends.
-Host Family Must Depart 15 Minutes After the Party End Time.

A late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) will apply to invoices not paid within 5 business days of the due date.
We reserve the right to cancel future services, deny additional bookings, or withhold deliverables (such as photos, reports, or event access) until the balance is paid in full.
Invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days may be referred to a collections agency or pursued through Travis County Small Claims Court (Justice of the Peace Court), where you may also be held responsible for court filing fees, attorney’s fees (if applicable), and collection costs.
If you have questions or need to arrange a payment plan, please contact us prior to your event.
