Open Play Party
Celebrate with a playful, creative party at Create Studio! Kids explore the studio, enjoy open-ended play, and celebrate together in the party room.
Perfect for ages 3–8.
What’s Included:
Open Studio Play-
Guests enjoy access to Create Studio’s imaginative play areas, including sensory activities and creative stations.
Studio Access During Your Party:
During Open Play Parties, the studio floor remains open for creative play, so your guests can explore all of the activities throughout the space.
Your group will have exclusive use of the private party room for cake, food, and celebrating together.
Party Time:
Each party lasts 90 minutes.
Available times:
Saturdays — 10:30 AM–12:00 PM or 2:30 PM–4:00 PM
Sundays — 10:30 AM–12:00 PM or 2:30 PM–4:00 PM
Sharing the Studio:
During Open Studio Parties, the play areas remain open to the public. Your group will have exclusive use of the private party room for cake and celebration.
Pricing:
Base price: $480 for up to 10 children
Additional guests: $35 per child (age 1+)
Party Room Capacity:
The party room can accommodate up to 45 guests, with seating for 24 children at the big table.
What Parents Provide:
• Cake or cupcakes
• Food and drinks for guests
• Plates, napkins, and candles
Booking Process:
To reserve your party date, please submit an inquiry through Sawyer.
Once we receive your request, we will send a $150 non-refundable deposit invoice to secure your date. That links stays active for 24 hours from when we send it.
The remaining balance and final headcount are due two weeks before your event.
Want a Little Extra Time?
If our schedule allows, you may add 30 minutes of additional party time for $150.
This extends the party to:
• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (morning party)
• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (afternoon party)
Extra time must be arranged in advance and is based on availability.
*Studio Buyout Option*
If you’d like a more private celebration, you may choose to reserve the entire studio for your Open Play party.
A studio buyout provides exclusive access to all play areas and creative spaces, so your guests can explore and celebrate without sharing the studio with the public.
This option is perfect for families who would prefer a fully private play experience.
The studio can accommodate up to 75 guests total (children and adults).
Please submit an inquiry if you are interested in a studio buyout for your Open Play party, and we will confirm availability and pricing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

RESCHEDULING:
Rescheduling a Create party Incurs a $100 Fee
A Future Date Will Be Determined Based on Availability and Mutual Agreement and must be within 45 days of the original party date.
FINAL PAYMENT + CANCELLATION POLICY:
Final Balance & Headcount Due 14 Days Prior
The remaining balance and final headcount for your event are due 14 days prior to the party date. If we do not receive either by that date, the card on file will be automatically charged based on the confirmed headcount provided at booking.
HEADCOUNT ADJUSTMENTS
If the headcount changes after the 14-day deadline:
• Open Play Party Guests: $35 per additional guest
• Arty Party Guests: $45 per additional guest
• Day-of Add-On Arty Party Guests: $75 per additional guest (if space & staffing allow and we are able to put together the art projects in time).
If fewer guests attend than your confirmed headcount, the confirmed number will be honored and no refunds will be issued for no-shows.
FAILURE TO RESPOND OR PAY
If we do not receive payment, headcount confirmation, or communication by the due date, Create Studio ATX reserves the right to:
• Charge the card on file to secure staffing and materials, and/or
• Cancel the event if the card is declined or communication remains unanswered
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable
DAY-OF-POLICIES
Host Family May Arrive 20 Minutes Prior to the Party Start Time.
Guests must leave when the party ends.
Host Family Must Depart 15 Minutes After the Party End Time.
Host family is allotted 15 minutes to gather belongings and head out. Create team members will help you pack up and take everything to your car.
Any Early Arrivals or Late Departures Are Subject to Venue Fees ($75 per 15 minutes) and will be charged to your account.
*ALL GUESTS are expected to depart when the party ends. This is the responsibility of the host family.
Extra time: We try to accommodate extra time requests when possible. Each 30 minutes is $150.

PAYMENT TERMS & NON-PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is due by the date specified on your invoice or service agreement. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:
A late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) will apply to invoices not paid within 5 business days of the due date.
We reserve the right to cancel future services, deny additional bookings, or withhold deliverables (such as photos, reports, or event access) until the balance is paid in full.
Invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days may be referred to a collections agency or pursued through Travis County Small Claims Court (Justice of the Peace Court), where you may also be held responsible for court filing fees, attorney’s fees (if applicable), and collection costs.
