Take over our entire studio for a completely customizable party experience! Enjoy exclusive use of our open play area, sensory stations, and art stations. This option is ideal for larger groups or those seeking maximum flexibility.
Price: Starts at $1200 for 30 guests for two hours.
Adults and children each count as one guest. Studio capacity: 75.
Rent the Studio Private Parties can be booked:
Tuesday 10 am - 12 pm or 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Tuesday - Saturday 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Sunday 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm or 5:00 pm - 7 pm

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Party Requires a $150 Non-Refundable Deposit
BALANCE DUE:
The Balance is Due Two Weeks Before the Date of the Event along with headcount.
Cancellations (of Guests or Party) Are Not Eligible for Refunds.
RESCHEDULING:
Rescheduling a Rent the Studio Party Incurs a $100 Fee
A Future Date Will Be Determined Based on Availability and Mutual Agreement
FINAL PAYMENT + CANCELLATION POLICY:
Final Payment is Due Two Weeks Prior to the Party.
Once Final Payment is Made, the Party is Non-Refundable.
ARRIVAL TIMES + DEPARTURE:
Party Families May Arrive 20 Minutes Prior to the Party Start Time.
Party Families Must Depart 15 Minutes After the Party End Time.
Any Early Arrivals or Late Departures Are Subject to Venue Fees. We will need all guests to depart before next session starts, thank you for your understanding.
PAYMENT TERMS & NON-PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is due by the date specified on your invoice or service agreement. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:
A late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) will apply to invoices not paid within 5 business days of the due date.
We reserve the right to cancel future services, deny additional bookings, or withhold deliverables (such as photos, reports, or event access) until the balance is paid in full.
Invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days may be referred to a collections agency or pursued through Travis County Small Claims Court (Justice of the Peace Court), where you may also be held responsible for court filing fees, attorney’s fees (if applicable), and collection costs.
