Most projects range from $40–$75 per guest depending on materials.

Most private events last 2 hours and include:
• Time to arrive, socialize, and settle in
• A guided creative project
• Time to finish projects and relax together
Guests are welcome to bring wine, drinks, or light snacks for their gathering.
Capacity:
The studio can accommodate up to 75 guests total.
For seated creative projects, the main creative table comfortably seats 20 guests, with a maximum of 24 depending on the project.
Pricing:
Private events have a $500 minimum event total.
Project pricing varies depending on the activity selected.
We’re happy to help you choose a project that fits your group and budget.
Booking:
Submit an inquiry through Sawyer to request your preferred date.
Once we receive your request, we will send a $150 non-refundable deposit invoice to secure your event.
The remaining balance and final guest count are due two weeks before the event.

Party Requires a $150 Non-Refundable Deposit
RESCHEDULING:
Rescheduling a Create party Incurs a $100 Fee
A Future Date Will Be Determined Based on Availability and Mutual Agreement and must be within 45 days of the original party date.
FINAL PAYMENT + CANCELLATION POLICY:
Final Balance & Headcount Due 14 Days Prior:
The remaining balance and final headcount for your event are due 14 days prior to the party date. If we do not receive either by that date, the card on file will be automatically charged based on the confirmed headcount provided at booking.
HEADCOUNT ADJUSTMENTS
• Day-of Add-On Party Guests: $75 per additional guest (if space & staffing allow and we are able to put together the art projects in time).
If fewer guests attend than your confirmed headcount, the confirmed number will be honored and no refunds will be issued for no-shows.
FAILURE TO RESPOND OR PAY
If we do not receive payment, headcount confirmation, or communication by the due date, Create Studio ATX reserves the right to:
• Charge the card on file to secure staffing and materials, and/or
• Cancel the event if the card is declined or communication remains unanswered
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable
Extra time: We try to accommodate extra time requests when possible. Each 30 minutes is $150 and must be agreed upon before the party.
ARRIVAL TIMES + DEPARTURE:
-Host May Arrive 20 Minutes Prior to the Party Start Time.
-Guests must leave when the party ends.
-Host Must Depart 15 Minutes After the Party End Time.
Host is allotted 15 minutes to gather belongings and head out. Create team members will help you pack up and take everything to your car.
Any Early Arrivals or Late Departures Are Subject to Venue Fees ($75 per 15 minutes) and will be charged to your account.
*ALL GUESTS are expected to depart when the party ends. This is the responsibility of the host family.
PAYMENT TERMS & NON-PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is due by the date specified on your invoice or service agreement. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:
A late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) will apply to invoices not paid within 5 business days of the due date.
We reserve the right to cancel future services, deny additional bookings, or withhold deliverables (such as photos, reports, or event access) until the balance is paid in full.
Invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days may be referred to a collections agency or pursued through Travis County Small Claims Court (Justice of the Peace Court), where you may also be held responsible for court filing fees, attorney’s fees (if applicable), and collection costs.
If you have questions or need to arrange a payment plan, please contact us prior to your event.
