Non-refundable deposit:

The 50% deposit paid at booking is non-refundable under any circumstances. It secures your event date and covers planning and scheduling reserved exclusively for your event.

No cancellations after final payment:

The final balance is due no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Once final payment has been received, the booking is fully confirmed and no cancellations or refunds will be issued. The full event total is forfeited in the event of cancellation after this date.

Cleaning & restoration fee:

The studio is expected to be left in the same condition in which it was received. Standard post-event tidying is included. Any cleanup requiring more than 30 minutes of staff time beyond normal turnover — including but not limited to deep cleaning, damage to surfaces, or disposal of excessive materials — will be billed at $75 per half hour, invoiced following the event.

By submitting the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to all policies outlined above. Create Studio ATX reserves the right to enforce these terms in full.
