PARTY BOOKING POLICY
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. Your remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Base package pricing includes up to 10 participating children. Additional children may be added for the applicable per-child fee, up to the package capacity. Final guest count and activity selections are due 7 days before the party.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Deposits are non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled one time with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may result in forfeiture of payments made.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled party time unless otherwise arranged. Parties must end at the scheduled time; additional time may be requested in advance and is subject to availability and an additional fee.
Outside cake, food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Please notify CREATE Studio & Kitchen in advance of any allergies or special accommodations. Adult supervision is required, and children must follow staff safety instructions during all activities.
Activities, materials and party setup are prepared based on the final confirmed guest count. Guests added after the final count are subject to availability and additional fees.
By booking, the parent/guardian agrees to these policies and accepts responsibility for their participating child(ren) and invited guests while at CREATE Studio & Kitchen.
