Non-Refundable Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your private event date, studio space, and teaching artist.Final Balance: The remaining balance is DUE 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. 50% refund is available if the workshop is cancelled after that point.
If Create Together must cancel your event due to extreme Vermont winter weather, building emergencies, or unexpected instructor absence, you will receive immediate priority rescheduling or a 100% full refund.
