Deposit policy: 50% of the total invoice to be paid to book the date and time of the party. Remaining balance must be paid in full 3 days prior to the weekend of the party.
Cancellation policy: the deposit is non refundable.
Kindly be informed that our parties are scheduled to proceed rain or shine, and regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds due to weather circumstances. In the event of inclement weather or a storm, we strive to accommodate by relocating all shows and entertainment indoors within our indoor designated space or outdoor covered area. Alternatively, if preferred, for an additional rental fee, we may be able to accommodate in another Ironside rental space if available.
