Our Little Kid Party is a free play style, station based party that allows children and caregivers to explore our space and participate in station based activities together.

What to Bring:
You are responsible for all food,drinks and paper goods. Outside food and drinks are welcome! See our Party Policy for suggestions and restrictions.

PAYMENT
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your date that will apply to the fee. Balance will be owed the day of the party and you will be sent a link to pay via Sawyer.
ARRIVAL TIME
You may arrive 30 minutes prior to their party start time for set-up. There is a $100 early arrival fee per 15 minutes of unauthorized early arrival time.
DEPARTURE TIME
All guests are expected to depart when your party time ends. You are allotted 15-20 minutes to gather belongings, decor, etc and head out. There is a $100 late departure fee charged per every 15 minutes of unauthorized late departure time.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY
The cost of your party is for up to 12 children. There is a $35 per additional child charge for any extra children. Parents & caregivers are welcome to stay and are not counted in the total number of party attendees. Maximum capacity is 40 total people, no exceptions
ADDITIONAL DECOR & VENDORS
If you choose to bring decor, please have everything pre-assembled. . Balloon arches are allowed but must be taken down,removed and disposed of after the party. We only allow command strips or hooks for hanging anything from our walls.
Outside vendors must be approved during the party planning time.
OUTSIDE FOOD/PAPER GOODS
You are responsible for all food,drinks and paper goods. Any outside food and drinks are welcome. We do NOT ALLOW the following:
*No burners, hot plates, or warmers
*No ice cream cakes
*We HIGHLY recommend not offering juice boxes or pouches (mini water bottles instead!), boxes of raisins, gummy candies, lollipops or popsicles.
PARKING
We have parking along the side and back of our building. There is also legal street parking on Starling Rd. Any neighboring businesses with tow signs WILL TOW YOUR CAR- even on a weekend.
GRATUITY
Our party attendants are amazing and work very hard to make sure your party is a success! Please consider offering a cash or venmo tip when your party ends. We’ll have a venmo code displayed if you choose to tip that way.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The $100 holding deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation occurs at any time. If a cancellation occurs with less than two weeks prior to the party date you will be charged an additional $100 cancellation fee.
