About Our Parties: Creative Native Mobile Art Studio brings engaging, hands-on art experiences to your home, local park, or event venue. We provide the supplies, instruction, setup, and cleanup while guiding each child through a creative experience at their own pace.
Our parties are designed to be welcoming, exploratory, and judgment-free—giving every child the freedom to create and have fun!
Booking Timeline - At Booking:
* Complete the Party Contract and Credit Card Authorization Form.
* A 50% payment is required to reserve your date and time.
* This payment includes a $200 nonrefundable deposit.
Two Weeks Before:
* Submit your final craft selection.
Eight Days Before:
* Confirm your final guest count and any add-ons.
* Your final invoice will be provided.
Five Days Before:
* The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
* Once charged, the full party total is nonrefundable.
Host Responsibilities:
The party host agrees to provide:
* A shaded setup area for outdoor parties. Umbrellas or another shade solution are required if natural shade is unavailable.
* Table space and child-friendly seating for at least 10 children at a time. One 8-foot table typically seats 10 children.
* Additional tables and seating for larger parties or craft-table add-ons.
* Bathroom access for the Creative Native team.
* Access to a hose or water source for sensory parties.
Creative Native provides light-yellow table coverings unless you prefer to use your own.
Age Guidelines:
* Craft parties are recommended for ages 5 and older.
* Sensory parties are typically designed for children ages 4 and younger.
Party Timeline:
45 Minutes Before: The Creative Native team will arrive, meet the host, locate the designated party space, and begin setting up.
During the Party: Children may visit the craft table or sensory activities at their own pace. Our team will guide each child through the experience while keeping the atmosphere fun and welcoming.
After Craft Time: We will pack up, clean the activity area, and leave the space as tidy as we found it.
