Creatively Wild’s approach to planning your child’s birthday party is unrivaled: we go the extra mile to keep everyone engaged with an unforgettable joyful day! Our motto when decorating is MORE IS MORE!

We plan the perfect special day for your little one, for an easy, no-stress party experience. Book, invite your guests, and we take care of the rest! We decorate our studio to theme, create a project around that theme, and spring a surprise (ssshhh) dance party with glow sticks!

HOW TO BOOK:
1. Check availability for your party date and time. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with availability confirmation.

2. Once we confirm a date and time with you, pay your deposit to confirm your party date. If your preferred date and time are not available, we’ll give you some options.

3. Choose your party theme from our huge range: superheroes, princesses, monsters, rainbows and unicorns, jungle, and more! We can even customize a theme, no matter how wacky the request.

4. Add fun party extras: goody bags, piñatas, custom birthday cakes, or book a glitter tattooist and face painter.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
-All artistic supplies
-Party project designed to your chosen theme (choose from our huge range of popular themes or Creatively Wild can customize your party theme based on your Guest of Honor’s favorite things, no matter how wacky or wonderful!)
-One experienced teaching artist for every five attendees
-One customized banner designed especially for the Guest of Honor (to take home)
-The party room is decorated according to the theme (designed by our visionary owner!)
-All party paper goods according to your theme including plates, tablecloths, napkins, a costume element, and balloons (messy shirts provided)
-At least one individually created masterpiece for each attendee to take home
-Popcorn, pizza, and cupcakes (2 mini cupcakes per child)
-Organic Honest Juice & water

PARTY FLOW
We’ve got two hours of party time: kids start to arrive and have some popcorn while everyone arrives. Once everyone’s settled, we paint a 12”x12” canvas with a background and then kids use our bespoke, custom-made, and themed stencils on top. Then comes time for BLING: glitter, gems, stickers, flowers, and more! We can also do all sorts of 3D projects, drawing lessons, painting lessons, and more - we’re happy to change it up! Once we're done painting, we wash our hands and have an off-the-wall amazing dance party with glowsticks and the hippest music (anyone else talking about Bruno??). Then it’s time for pizza and cupcakes and cake! And before we know it, it’s time to wrap up! Time flies when you’re going Creatively WILD!

Policy

All parties are DROP OFF ONLY. Please let your guests be aware NOT TO ENTER our studio as we keep traffic to a minimum
No parents or guardians are allowed to attend. We allow only the parents of the Guest of Honor.

*PLEASE NOTE: If you need to cancel or reschedule your private party or event at Creatively Wild Art Studio, please do so at least seven (7) business days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your rescheduling needs. Our parties book months in advance, so we charge a rescheduling fee of $195. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before your event are eligible for a credit to be used within a year of your original party date. Cancellations within seven (7) business days of your event are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not eligible for credit. Parties canceled due to situations beyond our control will not be refunded.

If you are adding extras, such as goody bags, pinata, extra food, etc, let us know at least 7 days in advance of the party date. Party extras added within 7 days will incur a 20% upcharge. Parties booked within 14 days of the party date will incur a 15% upcharge.

*Parties are priced per person, please note the original guest number you quote at the time of booking is the price you are charged. We do not refund for no-shows or last-minute guests dropping out. If you are unsure of the final number, we suggest making your booking at the lower end of your guest count. Your balance is required one week in advance of your event and at that time you can add further guests; we will adjust the invoice accordingly. If you are adding a much larger guest count, please notify us at least a week in advance so we can be prepped in time.

We will send the final invoice on the Monday before the party. If we do not receive the final payment via Zelle by Wednesday 10pm, we will charge your card on file.
