This freshly revised perennial favorite fairy-tale at Crystal Theatre comes to life with additional characters and music by Cheryl E. Kemeny, based on the famous opera for children composed by Humperdinck. Have you ever wondered where the Gingerbread Kids came from? They were long lost friends of Hansel and Gretel. A whole new take on the courage of the famous brother and sister - parts for all in this musical extravaganza! The clever Hansel and Gretel come up with a rescue plan with the help of some neighboring mice and birds and save themselves and their friends who have been turned into magical gingerbread children! Co-taught by Cheryl and Alexandrea Kemeny with musical director Laszlo Balazs and choreographer Alex Cahr.
