With a spoonful of O. Henry, a sprinkle of “It’s A Wonderful Life” and a dash of “A Christmas Carol,” our holiday tale comes to life! Peeps, a vagabond from Victorian England, decides to leave the Christmas festivities to the carolers, shoppers, church goers and to the Santa and elves collecting for the poor on the street corner. Peeps prefers the customary nice, warm accommodations in the local jail until spring returns. While trying to get arrested for eating at a restaurant without paying, a Christmas Spirit arrives on the scene and tries to get this humbugger to stick around for the Birthday of a King and to learn how to appreciate the true meaning of the season! Many fun and comedic roles with a touching ending! Written, and directed by Sally Lombardo with musical direction by Laszlo Balazs.
