🍳 Kitchen Use & Event Policy:
• All event bookings are final and non-refundable.
• The remaining balance is due three days prior to the event.
• All events — including personal setup — begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
• Personal setup can begin at your scheduled event time under staff guidance.
• Events using both kitchens must have a minimum of 20 guests.
• Groups with fewer than 20 participants will be hosted in a single kitchen to ensure a fun, shared experience.
• Culinary Clubhouse provides our signature colored-themed balloons to match your celebration.
• We do not provide specific character or licensed themes, but you’re welcome to bring your own decorations or balloons.
• (All food, activities, and included items in the package are designed for paying, participating children only.)
• Parents who participate alongside children or partake in food will be considered part of the paying guest count.
• No outside beverages are permitted.
• Additional time may be added for $55 per 15 minutes, based on availability and pre-approval before the event.
• Birthday parties require a minimum of 10 children to book.
🗓 Birthday Booking Policy – Important Notes:
Your party date and time are not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
Reservations are first come, first served, and we cannot hold a date without a deposit.
If we send you a deposit request, please complete it as soon as possible. Until the deposit is received, the date and time remain open and may be booked by another family.
🧾 Culinary Clubhouse Event Headcount & Billing Policy:
Final Headcount Deadline:
The final confirmed headcount for your event is due 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event date.
This number will be used to plan staffing, room setup, recipe quantities, and all perishable ingredient purchases.
Billing Based on Final Headcount:
Because we must purchase ingredients and schedule staff based on your confirmed number, you will be billed for the final headcount provided, even if fewer guests attend on the day of the event.
Examples:
If you confirm 40 guests and 20 attend, the invoice will reflect 40 guests.
If you confirm 10 guests and 8 attend, you will still be charged for 10 guests.
If you confirm 10 guests and 12 arrive, you will be charged for 2 additional guests at the per-guest rate.
Purpose of This Policy:
This ensures we can properly prepare, staff, and supply your event with the high-quality experience our parties require. All perishable ingredients, supplies, and labor are secured based on your confirmed headcount.

A 50% deposit is required to book and hold your party date.
All event bookings are final and non-refundable. Deposits apply only to the specific date and time you originally reserved and cannot be transferred. If you need a new date or time, a new deposit will be required.
