Best for: Guests who want the entire event professionally documented from both photo and video perspectives.

**Advance Payment, No-Cancellation & Media Consent Policy**

All Photography and/or Videography Add-On services must be **paid in full in advance**. Because photographers and videographers are scheduled specifically for your event and require advance coordination and reservation of their time, all Photo/Video Add-On purchases are **final and non-refundable**.

Once payment is submitted:

* No cancellations, refunds, credits, or transfers are permitted.
* No reductions, substitutions, or changes to the booked photography/videography package are permitted.
* Payment applies regardless of attendance, late arrivals, shortened event time, event changes, or other last-minute circumstances.
* Photography and/or videography services may be provided by an **independent third-party photographer, videographer, production company, or other media professional** contracted or arranged by Culinary Clubhouse.
* By purchasing this Add-On, you agree to the presence of third-party photographers and/or videographers at your event and authorize them to photograph and/or record the event as part of the services purchased.

Photo & Video Consent

By booking the Photo/Video Photographer Add-On, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or video may be taken during your event by the third-party photographers or videographers.

Photos and video captured during the event may also be used by **Culinary Clubhouse for marketing and promotional purposes**, including social media, our website, digital advertising, printed materials, promotional videos, and other Culinary Clubhouse marketing content.

By completing your booking and submitting payment, you consent to photography and videography of the event and understand that **you, your child, and your guests may appear in photographs or video content**.

**If you, your child, or any member of your party does not wish to be photographed, recorded, or included in social media or promotional content, Culinary Clubhouse must be notified in writing prior to the event.**

The person booking the event is responsible for notifying Culinary Clubhouse in advance of any guests who should not be photographed or recorded.

Culinary Clubhouse does not guarantee specific photographs, poses, moments, footage, or a specific number of usable images unless expressly stated in the purchased package.
