Class Description:
Mindful Movement is a fun class that helps kids develop great life skills. Kids will
practice yoga postures and mindfulness exercises to enhance balance, coordination,
strength, flexibility, and creativity. Through games, meditation, and breathing
exercises, kids will improve their emotional intelligence. The Mindful Movement class
is structured but open to spontaneity. The class is designed to help kids keep their
body strong, mind focused, while cultivating the feeling of calm and confidence in a
supportive environment.
