Ballet is a great introduction for new and returning students who love to dance! This program follows a traditional ballet class format and introduces young dancers to ballet basics while growing independence, self-expression and community. Over the course of the session, students will engage in social-emotional learning as they play in ballet movement games; strengthen individual gross-motor skills; enhance memory function through group technical practice; self manage in improvisational activities; and activate free choice, self-expression and creative confidence.
