Camp Birthday Party
Celebrate your child’s birthday with a fun, outdoor camp experience at Dickson Valley! Kids will have space to run, play, and explore while enjoying a guided activity led by our staff. It’s simple, joyful, and full of fresh air...everything a great party should be!
What’s Included:
• 2-hour reserved party space (indoor or outdoor options)
• Up to 20 guests
• 1 staff-led activity (choose from options below)
• Open play time (field games, playground, nature space)
• Table setup for food & cake
Activity Options:
• Field games (capture the flag, relay races, etc.)
• Nature scavenger hunt
• Creek exploration (weather permitting)
• Simple craft

Party & Gathering Policies
We’re excited to host your party at Dickson Valley! Please review the following policies to help your event run smoothly:
Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time.
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations made 14+ days in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7–13 days will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
- We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
Weather
- In the case of severe weather, Dickson Valley staff will work with you to reschedule your event.
- Light rain or typical outdoor conditions do not qualify for cancellation.
Arrival & Departure
- Your reservation time includes both setup and cleanup.
- Please plan to arrive and depart within your scheduled time so we can prepare for the next group.
Supervision
- A responsible adult must be present and supervising children at all times.
- Our staff will lead scheduled activities but are not responsible for full-time supervision.
Guests & Add-Ons
- Your package includes a set number of guests. Additional guests must be added in advance or may be charged after your event.
- Add-ons must be selected at booking or arranged ahead of time.
Food & Clean-Up
- Guests are welcome to bring their own food and cake.
- Please leave your space clean and dispose of trash in designated areas.
Respect for Property
- We ask all guests to respect the property, facilities, and natural environment.
- Any damages may result in additional charges.
