Cancellation and Refund Policy
Memberships may be canceled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing date by emailing info@discoverychess.com
Cancellations made less than 7 days before renewal take effect the following month.
All membership fees are non-refundable. Unused activity spots, missed sessions, or benefits do not roll over and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Membership includes 4 activity spots per month, subject to availability and advance scheduling.
Discovery Center at Stony Point™ reserves the right to adjust programming or schedules as needed.
