Cancellation and Refund Policy
Monthly Memberships renew automatically. Cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. No partial refunds; perks remain until the end of the month.
Annual Memberships include 2 months free. Refunds only within the first 14 days; non-refundable after that (may be transferred).
Activity Spots must be used within the billing period and do not roll over. Camps, events, and tournaments are billed separately unless noted in your tier.
