Booking Policies
Deposit:
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time.
Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the party.
Rescheduling:
Parties can be rescheduled up to 14 days in advance at no charge (subject to availability).
Rescheduling within 14 days incurs a $25 reschedule fee.
Cancellation:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event forfeit the full balance.
Guest Count:
Package includes up to 10 children.
Each additional child is $15 (max 14 total).
Arrival & Setup:
Hosts may arrive 15 minutes prior to set up.
Outside food and cake are welcome; we provide tables and table coverings.
