Super Mario Chess Adventure is a 2-hour, staff-guided experience designed for kids who love games, imagination, and friendly competition. No prior chess experience is required—this party is all about fun, movement, and shared discovery.

Guests enter a Mario-inspired chess world filled with familiar characters and playful challenges.
During the party, children will:
Play chess on Super Mario–themed boards and pieces
Enjoy short, fun chess games and mini challenges
Participate in team-based chess play

All activities are facilitated by Discovery Center staff and emphasize cooperation, confidence, and fun, not formal lessons.

📌 Party Policies
Booking & Payment
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time
Remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event
Final guest count must be confirmed 3 days in advance
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable
One-time reschedule allowed with at least 7 days’ notice, based on availability
Cancellations within 7 days forfeit deposit and may not be rescheduled
Guest Count & Capacity
Minimum of 10 guests included in base package
Maximum capacity is 20 children (no exceptions)
Final headcount determines materials prepared and total cost
Arrival & Timing
Party access begins at your scheduled start time (no early entry)
Parties conclude promptly at the 90 min mark
Late arrivals will join in progress (time will not be extended)
Supervision
Discovery Coaches lead all structured activities
At least 1–2 parents/guardians must remain onsite during the event
Food & Cake
Families may bring cake, cupcakes, and simple refreshments -- NUT FREE POLICY
No full meal setups or outside catering without prior approval
All food must be contained to the designated celebration time/area
Experience Guidelines
This is a fully guided, structured experience
No free play or access to Discovery Zones during the party
Respect for materials, equipment, and space is required
Damage & Conduct
Families are responsible for any intentional damage to equipment or space
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from activities without refund
