All Inclusive Package: $750 for up to 8 participants.
Additional Guests: $60 per person (up to 12 total).

Duration of the Event: 2.5-Hour Schedule
0:00 – 0:15: Welcome and introduction
Guests arrive and are greeted.
Overview of the sewing project and tools.
0:15 – 0:30: Design and personalization
Guests choose materials and designs for their project.
0:30 – 1:45: Sewing time
Step-by-step guidance for creating the project.
Participants work on their sewing projects at their own pace.
1:45 – 2:15: Snacks and social time
Light refreshments are served.
Guests can mingle and take photos.
2:15 – 2:30: Showcase and wrap-up
Participants display their completed projects.
Group photo and distribution of personalized T-shirts and keepsakes.
Headcount:Base Price: $750 for up to 8 participants. Additional Guests: $60 per person (up to 12 total).

Sew & Style Events & Workshops Policy
Payment Policy
Full payment is required upfront to secure the booking.
All payments are non-refundable to ensure proper planning and preparation for the event.
No installment plans are available for birthday party bookings.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
If the cancellation is made 7 or more days in advance, you may reschedule for a future available date (subject to availability).
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Rescheduling is allowed once per booking.
Liability Waiver
By booking this event, you acknowledge that sewing involves the use of machines and tools that require careful handling.
All participants will be supervised during the sewing lesson to ensure safety, but we are not liable for any injuries resulting from improper use of equipment.
Parents or guardians must complete a waiver form prior to the event.
Participant Guidelines
Age Requirement: All participants must be 7 years or older to participate in the sewing project.
Max Capacity: 12 children per party.
Food and Allergen Policy
If your child or any guest has food allergies, please notify us at least 5 days before the event.
You are welcome to bring your own snacks or cake if preferred, but please ensure all outside food is nut-free to avoid allergic reactions.
Behavior Policy
For Children:
Our goal is to create a fun and safe environment for all participants.
If a child behaves disruptively and cannot be redirected, we may ask a parent or guardian to step in.
For Adults:
All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward Dr. Hayes Educates staff and other participants.
Disrespect, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Participants who fail to adhere to this policy may be asked to leave the event without a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days but at least 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the event without additional charges.
