Base Price: $750 for up to 8 children
Additional Guests: $60 per child (up to 12 total)

Party Policies
Payment Policy

Full payment is required upfront to secure the booking.
All payments are non-refundable to ensure proper planning and preparation for the event.
No installment plans are available for birthday party bookings.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance may reschedule to a future available date (subject to availability).
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Rescheduling is allowed once per booking.
Behavior Policy

For Kids:
Disruptive behavior that cannot be redirected may result in a parent or guardian being asked to step in.
For Adults:
Respect toward Dr. Hayes Educates staff and other guests is required. Disrespect or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and offending participants may be asked to leave without a refund.
Food and Allergy Policy

If any child has food allergies, please notify us at least 5 days before the event.
Outside snacks and cake are welcome but must be nut-free to avoid allergic reactions.
Liability Waiver

Sewing involves the use of machines and tools requiring careful handling.
All participants will be supervised, but Dr. Hayes Educates is not liable for injuries caused by improper use of equipment.
Parents or guardians must complete a waiver form prior to the event.
Sample 2.5-Hour Schedule
0:00 – 0:15: Welcome and introductions

Guests arrive and are greeted.
Overview of the sewing project and materials.
0:15 – 0:30: Design and setup

Guests select fabrics and designs for their sewing project.
0:30 – 1:45: Sewing time

Step-by-step guidance for creating tote bags or pillowcases.
1:45 – 2:15: Snacks and socializing

Light refreshments served.
Guests can mingle and take photos.
2:15 – 2:30: Showcase and wrap-up

Participants display their completed projects.
Group photo and distribution of goodie bags and personalized T-shirts.
