Let ECNS ETC. help you plan your child’s birthday party. Our parties are best suited for children aged 2 to 10.
With the OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Party, you will get everything from the FABULOUS!! Party:
*45 minutes in a private party room with tables and chairs
*staff to set up, decorate and cleanup
*paper goods of your choice
*an ECNS Etc. balloon for each child
*45 minutes of activities in private gym space
*water, juice and soda
*a birthday banner
*a sheet cake
PLUS:
*pizza and chicken fingers and fries for children
*30 minutes on rooftop playground (weather permitting)
*catering from Agata & Valentina for adults
Headcount:20 ($50 each additional child after 20) (Can request additional headcount)
Duration:2 hours (Can request additional time)

- Helium charge - each medium mylar balloon between 18" to 30"(customer provided) +$2
- An additional 30 minutes in the Party Room. +$200
- Helium charge - each small mylar balloon under 18" (customer provided) +$1
- 30 minutes on rooftop playground (weather permitting) +$200
- Helium charge - one dozen latex balloons under 12" (customer provided) +$10
- Helium charge - each large mylar balloon over 30" (customer provided) +$4
*A maximum of 25 children for each party.
*Every child must have a guardian-signed waiver on file in order to enter the gym.
*Every child under 3 years old must be accompanied by a grown-up.
*A $75 fee will be added to parties booked within 15 days or less.
*Choice of paper goods must be finalized 3 weeks before the party date.
*List price includes paper goods and food from our partner vendors. Requests for different providers will incur additional fees.
*A deposit of 50% of the package price is required to hold the date.
*Deposits are not refundable if cancelled 14 days or less prior to the party.
*Final head count is required 10 days before the party. This final head count number is the minimum of what you will be charged.
*Balance is due the day of the party. (Cash or credit card, no checks)
*Parties are available Friday afternoons starting at 4, Saturday mornings starting at 11:30 and Sunday mornings starting at 10. Please call or email for availability.
