Swedish Fika Private Class
Fika is the Swedish practice of taking time to slow down and enjoy a coffee and pastry with family, friends, or colleagues. It's a ritual that helps you reset your day while enjoying a sweet treat, and this class is the perfect pairing of those practices! Bring your group to Fennel to spend quality time together, drink coffee, and learn how to make incredible Swedish pastries.

Plenty of coffee and tea for you to enjoy!
We'll provide light snacks during this class, but our focus will be on baking techniques, so we won't sit down to a full meal during this class. You'll get to snack on Swedish pastries during class and will go home with plenty of baked pastries and ones that are ready to pop in your oven and bake at home!

- Custom mocktails for your group (you're welcome to BYOB to spike the mocktail we come up with!) +$75
- Extra hour in the studio after class ends (regular booking comes with use of the space for up to one hour after class) +$200
- Gift bag for participants - we'll come up with a custom bag of kitchen goodies related to the menu/theme of your event! Price is per gift bag; final invoice will reflect total number of gift bags +$40
This private class costs $120 per person with a $1200 minimum.
Classes are secured with a 50% nonrefundable deposit based on the estimated number of attendees. The remaining balance and confirmed headcount is due one week prior to the event.
Groups can arrive at the studio up to 30 minutes before class starts and can use the space for up to 1 hour after class ends. Additional time in the studio after class can be purchased as an add-on.
Initial deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to a rescheduled date; deposits secure the date for your private event and reserve our studio and staff for your group.
