

We love being in St. Louis and any opportunity to celebrate this city through food! This menu features some of the the local farmers and producers who help make this city’s food scene the incredible community it is.
You'll be cooking with locally-sourced ingredients and celebrating all the things we love about this city. We’ll start class by making and snacking on appetizers, then we’ll cook main courses and sit down to a family-style dinner followed by dessert.

Pecan-Crusted Goat Cheese Salad with Maple-Mustard Vinaigrette (featuring Baetje goat cheese, Neon Greens, local Missouri pecans & maple syrup)
Sourdough Panzanella with Buttermilk Dressing (Featuring Union Loafers sourdough, local veggies & buttermilk)
Herbed White Cheddar Beer Cheese with Red Hot Riplets (Featuring Hemme Brothers white cheddar, Urban Chestnut beer, Red Hot Riplets)
Lemony Za’atar Chicken with Yogurt Sauce & Pita (Featuring Buttonwood Farms Chicken, Windcrest Dairy Yogurt, Cham Pita)
Chili Crisp Maitake Mushrooms with Smoky Polenta (Featuring Passenger Chili Crisp, Ozark Forest Mushrooms, local polenta)

This private class costs $120 per person with a $1200 minimum.
Classes are secured with a 50% nonrefundable deposit based on the estimated number of attendees. The remaining balance and confirmed headcount is due one week prior to the event.
Groups can arrive at the studio up to 30 minutes before class starts and can use the space for up to 1 hour after class ends. Additional time in the studio after class can be purchased as an add-on.
Initial deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to a rescheduled date; deposits secure the date for your private event and reserve our studio and staff for your group.
