Space Rental
Member Rental Rate: $30/ per hour, per room.
Non-Member Rental Rate: $40/per hour, per room.
Registered 501(c)(3) Rental Rate: $20 per hour per room.
For-profit entities Rate: $50/per hour, per room. ($100 per hour max. Subject to rate increase during prime hours.)
Rental time should include set-up and breakdown time.

-The Front Room/Gallery
-The Fireplace Room
-The Art Room
For recurring, cost will be negotiated with the Administrative Coordinator.
Headcount:Up to 40 (Can request additional headcount)
Duration:1-8 hrs (Can request additional time)

We require a non-refundable deposit to hold the date. Remaining balance is due at the start of the rental.
