During this enchanting sensory meditation, sound vibrations from the alchemy singing bowls will amplify your energy to encourage a deep sense of inner peace and love. Each crystal bowl is harmonically connected to our chakras to unlock sensations of emotional, spiritual, mental and physical healing. We begin our practice with a brief guided meditation, followed by 60 minutes of sound bliss while bathing into resting savasana pose. We complete the journey with an herbal cacao rose tea ceremony to gently soothe the soul.

We will set up a sound temple in the forest working with crystal singing bowls to support healing, balancing and meditation. We play these harmonic heart tools with the intention to create peace and love and a happier and healthier mind, body and spirit for all living beings.

Hearing the enchanting song of the crystal bowls seems to awaken an ancient remembering, touching the essence of the soul. This song is like a dear friend to us; it understands us, it is always there for us, and once its presence is introduced into our lives we are forever transformed.

The quartz crystals in every bowl are able to amplify, store, focus, transfer, and transmute energy. The goal of music therapy is to reduce stress and pain, promote deep relaxation, develop self-awareness and creativity, improve learning, and clarify personal values.

Sound healing is effective because everything around us is constantly vibrating- from the colors you see, the sounds you hear, the feelings you emote. When the vibration of a body part is in harmony with the rest of the body it will be healthy. Thoughts are energy forms. When thought energy interacts with a crystal, those thoughts are changed to more harmonic forms, which change brainwave frequencies.

The most important aspect of working with the bowls is YOU and the POSITIVE INTENTION or AFFIRMATION you bring. You will receive in direct proportion to what you give and what you are willing to release to the divine. An intention that is clear and pure will create a high frequency and a shift in consciousness.
