Advanced registration is required. Enrollment will be closed when the session is full, or by September 22nd, whichever comes first.
Before anyone can partake in an activity at Frolic, a waiver must be submitted. If you have more than one child from the same household attending together, you may include their names on the same waiver for the activity they will be attending. Waivers for the Fall 2019 semester are due by September 1st, 2019.
A non-refundable $200 deposit is due at the time of registration to reserve your child(ren)'s space. First payment (minus the deposit) will be due on August 1st, and final payment on September 1st. Cancellations received by September 2nd will be refunded payments made, minus deposit. Cancellations between September 2nd and September 9th will be refunded the 2nd payment. Once the program is in session, there no refunds for cancellations or withdrawals. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment for all registrations received on or after September 1st.
Program will not be prorated for days that your child does not attend. Make-up sessions for your child due to illness/conflicts in schedule are available at the discretion of the Director.
In the event of a class cancellation on the part of Frolic due to instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseeable event(s), and opportunities for your child to makeup their session are not offered or available, a refund for the amount of that class will be issued.
Drop off is the norm, but if you would like to join in on the fun with our furriends you are welcome to stay and observe. Beware of dog kisses :-*
Our dogs are Labrador Retrievers, and are not considered to be hypoallergenic. Please be mindful that our dogs do shed. We provide hand sanitizer and hand washing stations for easy cleanup before, during, and after activities.
