Description
The Southside Footy 26-week program provides students with a structured soccer training experience focused on skill development, physical fitness, and teamwork. Led by experienced coaches, students will learn the fundamentals of soccer while improving coordination, agility, and game awareness in a supportive environment.
Throughout the program, students will work on core skills including ball control, passing, shooting, positioning, and defensive techniques. Each session will also incorporate conditioning drills, footwork training, and small-sided games designed to build confidence and decision-making on the field.
