Cancellation and Refund Policy
Monthly memberships may be canceled with 30 days written notice. Quarterly and annual memberships may be canceled with 30 days notice prior to renewal and are not cancellable during the initial term. Benefits remain active through the final billing period. No refunds for unused days or visits. Prepaid, promotional, or discounted memberships are non-refundable and not transferable or prorated unless required by law. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to play@Grasshopper-Grove.com
or via the member portal. Verbal or in-person requests are not accepted.
