Magical Playtime (80-90 Minutes): Children will explore the whimsical realms of Grasshopper Grove, engaging in imaginative play among our natural wooden structures and enchanting play areas filled with eco-friendly toys.
Nature-Inspired Craft Activity: Each little guest will create a charming craft using sustainable materials, crafting keepsakes that echo the beauty of the earth—perhaps a fairy house made from twigs and leaves or a personalized garden stone.
Organic Snacks (30-40 Minutes): Gather in our beautifully adorned party room for a celebration with organic fruit pouches, refreshing organic juice boxes, and delightful cupcakes.
Eco-Conscious Decor: Our celebration spaces are thoughtfully decorated with reusable and sustainable decorations in the colors of your choosing. Think bunting made from recycled fabrics, centerpieces of fresh flowers, and gentle fairy lights twinkling like stars.

🌿 Grasshopper Grove Birthday Party Policies
We are so excited to celebrate your child’s special day with you! To ensure a smooth, magical experience for everyone, please review the following policies:
🌸 Booking & Payment
~ A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time.
~ Your party is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
~ The remaining balance is due before you leave the facility.
~ Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your event.
🎉 Guest Count & Capacity
~ All parties include a set number of children (based on your package).
~ Additional children may be added up to capacity for an additional fee.
🧦 Attire & Facility Rules
~ Grasshopper Grove is a SHOE-FREE facility for both children and adults.
~ Socks are recommended for all guests but not required
~ No Food in play area
⏰ Party Timing
~ Parties are 2 hours total (including playtime and party room time).
~ Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes early for greeting.
~ Parties must end on time to allow for cleaning and the next celebration.
~ Late departures may result in an additional fee.
🎨 Setup, Decorations & Themes
~ We take care of the main setup based on your selected package.
~You are welcome to bring additional decorations, but:
~ No wall adhesives that damage surfaces
~ No confetti or glitter
~ No open flames (battery candles only)
🎂 Food & Drinks
~ Please no alcohol permitted.
~ We recommend simple, easy-to-serve food to keep the focus on play and fun.
~ Nut-free options are strongly encouraged for safety.
🧼 Clean Up
~ We require a 5 minute clean up before entering the Party Room
👧 Supervision & Safety
~ Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
~ The parent or legal guardian of all party guest must be in the facility at all times
~ For safety, running, rough play, or misuse of equipment is not permitted.
~ Guests must respect all play structures and staff instructions.
🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling
~ Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date with at least 7 days’ notice (subject to availability).
