Host your child's birthday party at Green Ivy Loft at Celebree School! We offer a range of age-appropriate party projects and activities and can custom design projects and activities to fit your theme. Our inspiring studio provides a welcoming atmosphere for kids. We offer age-appropriate art, music, martial arts and other customized programming that lasts 30-40 minutes, leaving you party time for cake, presents & fun!

-Birthday time slots are on most Saturdays, 10am-11:30am or 12:30-2:00pm; and Sundays 12:00-1:30 and 2:30 – 3:00 or by special arrangement.
-A $350 deposit is required to hold the date.
-Additional material / activity fee per child is due upon day of event.
CUSTOM THEME - ART
Pick your own art technique and we will design a project to fit your theme! Our teaching staff of artists will lead you and your guests in an art project to take home. Please see project and material fee break down below.
• Sculpting with Clay -$20 per child (ages 4-12)
• Painting with Watercolor - $15 per child (ages 2-12)
• Oil Pastel on Paper - $15 per child (ages 5-12)
• Drawing - $12 per child (ages 2-12)
CUSTOM THEME – MUSIC AND MOVEMENT
• Music Together – age-appropriate music activities and sensory play - $15 per child (ages 0-6)
• Martial Arts – age appropriate martial arts immersion, skills to master and board breaking activities – $15 per child (ages 2-12)

ITINERARY
• You may arrive 15-30 minutes before the event to set up.
• Our teacher will begin the art project or music and movement activity after all of your guests arrive.
• Guests enjoy free-draw activity while waiting for additional guests to arrive.
• The art project or music and movement activity lasts approximately 30-40 minutes.
• If you wish to serve food or cake, participants may eat before or after the project.
LOGISTICS
• A $350 deposit covers a 1.5 hour event with 30 minutes for set up and clean up (2 hours total). The deposit is required to hold the date and is not-refundable.
• The project and material fee per participant is due on the day of the event. The fee is dependent upon the project / activity.
• Our space can comfortably accommodate approximately 20 children and 20 adults.
• We will have at least one staff member at the space to provide access.
• Free parking is available in the covered parking area and behind the building in the spots marked Retail or Celebree. Additional parking is in the nearby surface lot for a small fee.
• Guests and hosts will be given a four-digit access code the day of the party which will provide access to the space using the keypad near the door.
• Decorations, food and beverages are welcome!
