Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notice Period: Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is fine) at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months or missed sessions.
Automatic Renewal: All memberships auto-renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled in advance.
Temporary Holds: We do not offer membership holds or pauses at this time. However, you're welcome to rejoin at any point, pending availability.
