Early school aged kids will have a great time with this group lesson created especially for them. This is a great way for young children to get a head start on musical skills and have a lot of fun. Simple lessons will introduce students to fun songs, and lots of singing, as well as primer musical and ukulele skills. Six weeks is sufficient to begin building skills, and additional classes will be available, pending continued interest. The spring semester will culminate in a city wide recital concert at Carver Center.

We encourage students to have ukuleles or purchase one through us. Starter ukuleles are available for less than $50.00. The accompanying book, James Hill's Ukulele in the Classroom, is also helpful, and can be purchased from Groundwork or online for $13.00.
