REFUND POLICY
If circumstances require rescheduling days or times, we will need to adhere to our current calendar, as bookings are typically made well in advance. We do not allocate specific rain dates to ensure flexibility for other events. In the event that you need to cancel your party, we can convert your deposit into a gift card, which cannot be refunded. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
EXTRA TIME POLICY
Heart Studio allows a grace period of 15-30 minutes beyond the scheduled time. After this period, an additional charge of $75 per half hour will be added to your final bill. If you intend to extend the event duration, please inform the owner of Heart Studio in advance.
