To ensure a seamless event, please read carefully and agree to the following:
1. Booking and Payment:
• A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your deposit must be paid within 48 hours that it is sent to secure the date. Your date may be offered to others after that time.
• The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to the scheduled party date.
2. Party Arrival/Departure:
• Party families are welcome to arrive up to 20 minutes prior to the scheduled party start time to allow for setup and preparation. Departure should occur within 15 minutes after the scheduled party end time. Please note that any early arrivals or late departures beyond the specified times may be subject to additional venue fees.
• The standard duration of the birthday party is 1.5 hours.
• Additional time may be requested subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Party Size:
• We only offer parties for children turning 4 and older.
• The package includes a party for up to 10 children. Additional children may be accommodated for an extra fee per child.
• Our birthday parties are designed as drop-off events. However, we understand that some parents may wish to stay. Therefore, a minimum number of adults can stay in the waiting area during the activities.
• $37 each additional child up to 20 children maximum. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
4. Supervision:
• A designated party host from the studio will be present to facilitate activities and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
5. Party Decoration:
• If you choose to bring any decorations, please ensure that all items are pre-assembled prior to arriving at the studio. This includes pre-stringing banners, assembling centerpieces, and preparing any floral arrangements. Please note that we do not allow the use of piñatas, balloon air walkers, confetti, or wall decor in our studio.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
• In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Parties can be rescheduled subject to availability with no additional fee if done 10 days prior to the original party date. Rescheduling within 7 days of the party date may incur an additional fee.
• After the remaining party balance has been charged (10 days prior), the entire amount becomes nonrefundable. However, you have the option to reschedule the party.
7. Food and Beverages:
• Food and beverages brought into the studio must be nut-free.
• All food and drinks must be consumed in designated areas to maintain cleanliness.
• No hot food (no burners, hot plates or warmers. Best options are sandwiches, crudites, fruit platters, cheese boards etc)
• No Alcohol and hot beverages are strictly prohibited
8. Liability:
• While Hello Heart Creative Studio takes every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience during the party, participants acknowledge and agree that they participate at their own risk. Hello Heart Creative Studio, its instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the party.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for any damages caused by their children to studio property.
9. Photography and Promotion:
• Hello Heart Creative Studio reserves the right to photograph the party for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.
10. By placing a deposit on a party, you agree to accept the following terms:
I/ we do hereby agree to release Hello Heart, and all associated persons, from liability for any accident or injury sustained during the time spent at Hello Heart for this party or related activities. I grant permission for myself and/ my children to voluntarily participate in activities related to the birthday party. I have advised the guests of this party and their parents that photos may be taken and used strictly for the purpose of Hello Heart. I/ we will not make claim against or sue Hello Heart.
