Modern Menagerie Masks - Each child designs their own stylized animal mask, drawing inspiration from creatures across land, sea, and sky — but with a twist: the focus is on creativity, not realism. Think neon tigers, checkerboard zebras, iridescent owls, or metallic sea turtles. Kids will cut, build, and layer mask bases using cardboard or pre-cut forms, then decorate with unexpected materials. Themes include expression, pattern, and playful invention.
Every Hello Huckleberry party is 90 minutes and intentionally divided into three distinct experiences, allowing children to play, create, and celebrate at a natural pace.
30 Minutes | Play & Explore
The celebration begins with open studio play. As guests arrive, children are invited to explore Hello Huckleberry's thoughtfully curated creative environment, featuring favorites like our wind tunnels, magnetic walls, light tables, and a variety of hands-on interactive experiences designed to spark curiosity and imagination.
This is a time for children to settle in naturally—to explore, dance, laugh, move freely throughout the studio, reconnect with friends, and discover the space at their own pace before transitioning into the creative experience.
30 Minutes | Create
The next portion of the celebration shifts into a guided art-making experience led by our facilitators. Working within the birthday child's selected party theme, each guest creates a unique work of art to take home.
This quieter, more intentional moment offers children the opportunity to slow down, focus, and express themselves creatively—providing a beautiful balance to the excitement of open play.
30 Minutes | Celebrate
The final portion of the party is dedicated to celebrating the birthday child. Families gather around the table to enjoy food, drinks, cake, and conversation before singing Happy Birthday and sharing in one of the day's most memorable moments.
By thoughtfully balancing exploration, creativity, and celebration, every Hello Huckleberry party creates an experience that feels joyful, engaging, and memorable from beginning to end.

Are party deposits refundable?
All party deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits secure your event date, studio time, staffing, and materials, and reserve the space exclusively for your family.
Can I reschedule my party?
One-time reschedule requests may be considered if submitted at least 14 days before the event and are subject to availability. Rescheduled parties must take place within 60 days of the original date.
What if I cancel my party?
Cancellations, guest count reductions, no-shows, illness, travel changes, weather concerns, or schedule conflicts do not qualify for refunds or credits. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
What happens if Hello Huckleberry cancels?
If Hello Huckleberry must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, families will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Additional Policies
Party dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
Late arrivals may reduce overall party time.
Hello Huckleberry reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings involving unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
Any damage to the studio beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.
Payment Disputes
By submitting payment, clients acknowledge and agree to Hello Huckleberry’s booking and cancellation policies. Any chargebacks or payment disputes may be contested using signed agreements, invoices, and booking communications.
