Are party deposits refundable?
All party deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits secure your event date, studio time, staffing, and materials, and reserve the space exclusively for your family.
Can I reschedule my party?
One-time reschedule requests may be considered if submitted at least 14 days before the event and are subject to availability. Rescheduled parties must take place within 60 days of the original date.
What if I cancel my party?
Cancellations, guest count reductions, no-shows, illness, travel changes, weather concerns, or schedule conflicts do not qualify for refunds or credits. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
What happens if Hello Huckleberry cancels?
If Hello Huckleberry must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, families will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Additional Policies
Party dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
Late arrivals may reduce overall party time.
Hello Huckleberry reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings involving unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
Any damage to the studio beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.
Payment Disputes
By submitting payment, clients acknowledge and agree to Hello Huckleberry’s booking and cancellation policies. Any chargebacks or payment disputes may be contested using signed agreements, invoices, and booking communications.
