Thoughtfully paced and effortlessly stylish, this two-hour celebration blends imaginative art-making with a boutique party experience, creating meaningful moments for children while offering families the freedom to celebrate their way.
Designed for those who appreciate beautiful gatherings, The Lux Party includes 120 minutes of private studio time for up to 20 children. Families are invited to fully personalize the space with balloons, florals, themed décor, dessert displays, and special touches. We place no restrictions or exclusions on décor, allowing you to transform the studio into a celebration that feels uniquely your own.
At the heart of every celebration is creativity. Your child may select any signature Hello Huckleberry party theme or creative experience, allowing each event to feel personal, engaging, and entirely one of a kind.

Party Booking & Cancellation FAQ
Are party deposits refundable?
All party deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit secures your event date, studio time, staffing, and preparation materials, and removes that time slot from availability for other families. Because of the advance planning involved, deposits cannot be refunded for cancellations, no-shows, schedule conflicts, illness, weather concerns, or changes in attendance.
Can I reschedule my party?
In certain circumstances, Hello Huckleberry may allow a one-time reschedule request if submitted at least 14 days prior to the event date. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Approved rescheduled events must take place within 60 days of the original booking date.
What happens if I cancel close to my event date?
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of all payments made, including any additional balances paid beyond the deposit. Last-minute cancellations often leave insufficient time for Hello Huckleberry to rebook the reserved studio time.
